Auth IP Portal is like a key ring. The Users each have access to the "key" to the network (Auth IP Portal) and the Administrators decide who gets access to the key by managing the Users of Auth IP Portal.
You must be logged in to this application to be able to use Answering Specialist network resources.
If you close this application, you will no longer have access to the Answering Specialist network resources.
If you save a bookmark to a deeper level of this application, browsing to that bookmark will bring you to the "Login To The Portal" screen.

If you are not logged in, the "Home" page will show your "System Login Status" as follows:
"You are not logged in."
"Please login via the menu above to use Answering Specialist network services."
Username = email address Password = assigned by the System Administrator
Click "Sign In"
You should also see: "Success: Login successful!"
This dialog box can be closed by clicking on the "X" at the right in the box.
If the countdown timer in the lower portion of the screen reaches 0, the screen will refresh and this dialog box will automatically disappear from the top.
The System Login Status box will tell you that:
"You are currently logged in." "Please use the following bookmarks to reach Answering Specialist network services." "Leave this application open to ensure auto-renewal of your permit."
There will also be a countdown of time left before your connection will be auto-refreshed.
The bookmarks provided should allow you to access all necessary Answering Specialist network services. If something is missing, please contact your Supervisor.
To log out of Auth IP Portal, simply close the browser window or tab for the application. Doing this will automatically log you out.
